Crittenden Estate Geppetto Brut NV – 12.0% ABV, 750mL
A fresh lively nose with strawberry fruits from the Pinot Noir and zesty lemons from the Chardonnay. The palate is lively with fresh fruits, creaminess from the malolactic fermentation and finishes with crisp acidity. A beautifully balanced wine that will drink perfectly as an aperitif or with light seafood dishes.
Baillieu Brut (2019) – 12.0% ABV, 750mL
A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier shows a floral nose of citrus and wild strawberries. The delicious, savoury – lemon flavours fold into a toasty palate with fine bubbles. It rounds out with an elegant, fruity finish.
