We use 100% recyclable cardboard packaging. You can pop the box in your recycling bin at home or try to reuse it in some way. The cardboard inserts that protect your wine in the post can be torn up into your compost bin, or put into your recycling bin.
Of course! The gift of wine is one of the best gifts! When you get to the checkout you can add a personalised message in the 'gift message' box. We will print your message on a card and include it the box of wine. Also be sure to click 'ship to a different address' to have the gift delivered directly to the recipient.
Yes. Your details are protected on our secure website and payment gateways. We may send you emails occasionally to inform you of new products and special offers. Elevate Wine Store will not forward your personal information to 3rd parties.
At this stage we only offer wine from the Mornington Peninsula, however we endeavour to branch out to other wine regions in Victoria, and indeed Australia wide, in the future.
If there is a particular wine you really love and want to order more of that type, drop us a line at info@elevatewinestore.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability of stocks.
We have a limit of 6 items or $1,500 per person, per transaction, per day.
Typically we estimate an average of 3-5 business days for delivery. Please be aware delivery may be delayed in the postal system due to COVID-19 restrictions. You can keep an eye on your tracking number to receive updates. If you feel your delivery is taking longer than expected please get in touch via email and we will look into it for you.
